What areas do you serve?

Wildlife removal and pesticide application cover Central and Northern Kentucky, including Anderson, Boone, Bourbon, Boyle, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Clark, Fayette, Franklin, Gallatin, Grant, Harrison, Henry, Jefferson, Jessamine, Kenton, Madison, Mercer, Nicholas, Oldham, Owen, Pendleton, Robertson, Scott, Shelby, Spencer, Trimble, Washington, and Woodford counties. Our wildlife management, planning, conservation policy, and education work serves clients throughout the United States.

What are your business hours?

Our regular business hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern, seven days a week. Any removal outside those hours is handled as emergency removal. Call us.

What animals do you remove?

We remove raccoons, opossums, groundhogs, squirrels, skunks, mink and weasels, foxes, snakes, bobcats, coyotes, beavers, river otters, moles, muskrats, bats, and birds. We also offer wildlife damage repair, carcass removal and disposal, camera monitoring, and larger solutions such as deer and migratory bird management.

How do I get a price for wildlife removal?

Individual animal removal is a one-time $150 job setup fee plus a per-animal removal fee: $100 for raccoon, opossum, and groundhog, $150 for skunk, snake, squirrel, mink or weasel, and fox, and $250 for coyote, beaver, river otter, and bobcat. See the Price List page for the full list, or call us.

Wildlife Removal

How do I get rid of bats in my attic?

We offer bat removal and bat exclusion services. Removing a single bat from inside a home is $350, with no setup fee. Exclusion is priced by the number of entry points and the time the job takes: a single entry point is $400, multiple entry points are $750 for a half day or $1500 per day for multi-day work, and complex jobs with steep, high, or difficult access are priced by phone. Is wildlife removal humane?

Yes. Our professional animal trappers use wildlife removal methods that are safe, effective, and humane, and we relocate problem wildlife from your home, office, or farm back into suitable wildlife habitat.

What does wildlife removal cost?

Individual animal removal is a one-time $150 setup fee per job plus a per-animal removal fee. The per-animal fee is $100 for raccoons, opossums, and groundhogs, $150 for skunks, snakes, squirrels, mink and weasels, and foxes, and $250 for coyotes, beavers, river otters, and bobcats. Do you offer emergency removal?

Yes. Our regular business hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern, seven days a week, and any removal outside those hours is handled as emergency removal. Emergency removal starts at $350 per job (typical range $350 to $500) for single animal removal, with the final price confirmed by phone or email. Emergencies involving more than one animal start at $500 and are quoted by phone or email. Call us and we will let you know what we can do.

Pricing and Fees

What does the $150 setup fee cover?

The one-time $150 setup fee covers consultation, the site visit, trap placement, and camera cellular usage for a short period during the job. It is charged once per job where a trap is set, in addition to the per-animal removal fee, and it is not charged on maintenance removal, exclusion, pesticide application, or repair jobs. It is separate from the $150 Service Call, which covers our time on small jobs that do not require trapping, exclusion, or a pesticide application.

Is the camera usage in the setup fee the same as Sentinel Camera Monitoring?

No, they are separate. The setup fee includes camera cellular usage for a short period during your removal job, rolled into the setup cost. Sentinel Camera Monitoring is a separate long-term service at $250 per month, where we install, maintain, and remotely monitor a camera and bait site for early detection of animal presence.

What does emergency wildlife removal cost?

Removal outside our regular hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern is handled as emergency removal. Emergency removal starts at $350 per job (typical range $350 to $500) for single animal removal, with the final price confirmed by phone or email. Emergencies involving more than one animal start at $500 and are quoted by phone or email. Call us.

How much does raccoon removal cost?

Raccoon removal is a one-time $150 job setup fee plus $100 per raccoon removed, so a single raccoon is $250. For multiple animals, weekly maintenance trapping for raccoons is $600 per week and carries no setup fee.

What does bat exclusion cost?

Removing a single bat from inside a home is $350, with no setup fee; that is not trapping and not exclusion. Exclusion is priced by the number of entry points and the time the job takes, the same way for bats, birds, and squirrels: a single entry point (find the entry point, install the excluder, seal the opening) is $400, multiple entry points are $750 for a half day of up to roughly four hours or $1500 per day for multi-day work, and complex or comprehensive exclusion with steep, high, or difficult access, or larger commercial and industrial situations, is priced by phone. No setup fee applies to exclusion.

What does wildlife damage repair cost?

Small repair jobs (under 1 hour) are $300, medium jobs (1-4 hours) are $600, large jobs (4-8 hours) are $1500, and extensive multi-day jobs are $1500 per day. Materials are not included.

Do you remove dead animals?

Yes. Carcass removal and disposal is $150 for birds and small mammals, $250 for medium size animals such as coyotes, foxes, beavers, otters, deer fawns, and geese, and $400 for adult deer and larger animals of 75 lbs or more.

Wildlife Management

What is a wildlife management plan?

A comprehensive written plan for your property and the species that interest you most. We evaluate your property, analyze your data, and address harvest management, proper sex and age structures, habitat improvement, food plots, predator control, and other factors that drive the success of a quality management program.

Do you do wildlife camera surveys?

Yes. Our experts are trained in estimating wildlife populations using the latest technology, including wildlife camera surveys to estimate the number, age structure, and sex ratio of deer on your property, and surveys of the types and numbers of predators.

Conservation Policy

Do you help with Endangered Species Act compliance?

Yes. We provide expertise in the planning and navigation of complex conservation issues that pose roadblocks to development or management projects. Our understanding of the complexities of the Endangered Species Act and other federal requirements will ensure that you meet your goals in a legal and conservation-friendly manner.

Can you help with Farm Bill conservation funding?

Yes. For farmers and landowners, we offer planning and guidance on the use of the Farm Bill and other conservation funding sources to maximize your profitability in balance with wildlife management needs.

Do you help with conservation easements?

Yes. We are experienced in developing baseline data reports, which are a requirement to put your land into a conservation easement, an action that provides permanent protection for your land and often has significant tax benefits.

Education, Outreach, and Advocacy

Do you offer seminars and training?

Yes. Our subject matter experts are ready to help you develop and deliver environmental and conservation-focused educational products including seminars, short courses, and training modules.

Can you provide expert testimony?

Yes. We are available to provide expert scientific opinion and testimony on fish and wildlife environmental and conservation issues, with more than 20 years of experience working with Congress, state legislatures, and county, municipal, and local governments.

Pesticide Application

Who performs your pesticide application work?

Our pesticide application work is performed by team members holding pesticide credentials: Jonathan Gassett, Ph.D. (Licensed Pesticide Dealer and Applicator) and Robin Gassett (licensed pesticide applicator). Both work throughout our Central and Northern Kentucky service area.

What pesticide application services do you offer?

We offer mole damage management (mole removal by professional trapping and labeled toxicant baits), tick management (a property risk assessment and written plan, with targeted acaricide application as one component), mosquito management (a seasonal program combining source reduction, larvicide, and targeted barrier applications), and turf, lawn, and ornamental pest management including white grub control.
